Concept development and Creation – we will develop a bespoke trek or outdoor event that suits the needs of your organisation and pitched at the ability of the participants you are hoping to attract to take part. The event can take place anywhere in the UK – our experienced team have working knowledge of almost all mountainous areas in the UK.
Support with promotion and recruitment of participants.
Health, Safety and Risk Assessments. We take safety very seriously and will produce a full risk assessment for any event and we have full event liability insurance.
Accommodation, food transport and logistics – we will source, book and manage all aspects of the event
including booking venues and transport providers.
Event Preparation and Participant Management – We will manage communication with participants, obtaining medical information and sending out event details to all participants as well as ensuring that the event is prepared and ready to go for the big day.
On the Day Event Management – you can relax in the knowledge that your event will be a success on the day in the capable hands of our experienced and knowledgeable team.
